SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE

Technology has become a critical part of your organization, but technology is a distraction. You have to keep the software updated, your systems free of virus, check the backups and troubleshoot problems, but every hour spent troubleshooting your computer systems is an hour that is not spent on your mission. You need the computers but you could probably live without the hassle.
Our mission is to assist you with your technology needs so that you and your staff are free to focus on the community you serve. Our consultants have a minimum of ten years experience, are Microsoft certified and have worked extensively with nonprofit organizations.
We offer two types of technical support to ensure that you can get the help that you need no matter what your constraints.

Ad Hoc Support. Ad Hoc Support is designed for small projects of less than eight hours. We will send someone over within a day or two to fix small problems, set up a workstation, or just provide a little technology guidance. There is no contract or scope of work to sign so there is no fear of commitment.









Scheduled Support.  To keep your systems running smooth, there is no substitute for Scheduled Support. We provide you with a technician on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule. With predictable support costs, you can rest easy knowing that your systems are up to date, secure and backed up, and that it won’t cost you an arm and a leg. Scheduled support costs less than Ad Hoc Support, yet gives you the peace of mind that you won’t be running from emergency to emergency. We bill on a monthly basis to keep the entry cost low, and offer contracts of 6 and 12 months.
