Course Description:

Are you looking to get the most out of Microsoft Outlook 2003? In this half-day seminar, we will learn how to apply rules and conditions for email messages, use a collaborative calendar system, assign tasks to colleagues, grant others permission to view your contacts, calendar, and other folders, assign tasks to colleagues, conduct online voting and more. The seminar will utilize Microsoft Exchange, the server application that hosts Microsoft Outlook. Prerequisite: Outlook 2003, Level 1 or equivalent knowledge.
