Many nonprofit organizations must move beyond off-the-shelf accounting and fund raising software packages and into packages that are more closely aligned to their business needs. This seminar will help you identify 11 questions you should ask before selecting nonprofit accounting and fundraising software. We will also help you to accurately assess your nonprofit's software needs, avoid the pitfalls of "work-arounds,” create a realistic implementation plan, identify useful resources in your search for software, create an evaluation process to assess whether the selected software appears to include your critical features and is within budget, and determine the pros and cons of ASP vs. client/server software.
