Cancellation/Refund/Late Arrival Policies
Please note seminar registrations are non-refundable unless a seminar is cancelled or postponed. If you are unable to attend, you may send an alternate staff member from your organization at no charge or reschedule for another seminar. Seminar Instructors reserve the right to refuse admission to those arriving 20 minutes late from the scheduled starting time. NPower Los Angeles reserves the right to cancel a seminar due to low enrollment or circumstances beyond our control. You will be advised in advance and be provided a full refund upon request.
